JL accepted as facilitator and minute taker

JL/GB/SQ- Gave updates on the state of Portland Greens.  GB speaks about street and door to door outreach.  SQ speaks about active campaigns.  JL speaks about coordinating with other organizations.

JL- Notes that anyone who hasn't used their political tax credit is welcome to donate to the Portland Greens before end of year.

MS- Introduces conflict of a proposed constitution for Portland Green Party.  The conflict is whether or not to have term limits for board members.

ALL- MS speaks in favor of term limits.  CE, GB, and SW speak against.  SQ clarifies.

Call for consensus to have no term limits for board members.  MS stands aside.

SW- Introduces changes to the current constitution/bylaws per the rule of unanimous consent of Board to propose.

Participating member meeting adjourns and open work meeting begins.
